Michelle Beasley is an American painter living and working in Kansas City, Missouri. Beasley creates autobiographical paintings that deal with “her multifaceted life and a reality shared by so many women.” She believes that creating art is psychologically freeing. Beasley is a member of the African American Artists Collective.
