Jason Innocent, who has previously worked at historic landmarks such as the Pierre Hotel, Time Square Edition Hotel, and Ian Ian Schrager Public Hotel, has been chosen as the new director of IRD at the historic Surrey Hotel. Established in 1926 and once frequented by notable figures like JFK and Bette Davis, the hotel has a rich history that we are proud to continue. It has been closed for renovations since 2020 and is scheduled to reopen in 2024.

Bringing his experience from luxury hospitality, Innocent is expected to contribute to the culinary offerings at the Surrey Hotel, which is known for its distinguished service and rich history.
